Credit rates vary based on how the recipient is notified, verifies identity, signs the document, and where it is delivered.
This guide shows you how to buy Credits according to your needs.
What are Credits?
Addo Sign bills usage in Credits, so you only pay for what you use. You can read more about Credit pricing and subscriptions via the links on the Addo Sign website.
Subscription information
In Settings (⚙️) → Payment and plans, you can see your current credits and your active subscription details.
Use this area to check what package you are on and how many credits you have left:

How do I buy Credits?
Account administrators can buy Credits by clicking their current balance or accessing user settings:
Click the drop-down below your balance, then select Payment and plans or Credits usage.
You can also access Payment and plans via Settings (⚙️) by clicking the leftmost tab.
Choose a package that fits your needs, then click Pay by invoice or Pay by credit card to confirm your purchase.
Pay by invoice
All Credit packages can be paid by card. To purchase the 500 or 1000 Credit packages by invoice, please fill out the form, and we will contact you shortly.
Pay by credit card
Clicking Pay by credit card opens a window to review your order. Click Continue to checkout (Fortsæt til kassen) to proceed.
In the checkout window, enter your payment card details (Betalingsoplysninger) and optionally your PO number. Then click Betal kr. xxx to complete your credit purchase.
See your purchase history
If you want to view previous purchases, you can open Purchase history under Settings (⚙️) → Payment and plans:
Purchase history shows previous Credit purchases on your account and gives you an overview of payments in one place.
Note: It only shows card purchases of Credits. Invoices for special packages or subscriptions are not shown here.

How to add a credit card
To add and save a credit card to your Addo Sign account, follow these steps:
Log in to Addo Sign.
Go to Settings → Payment and plans.
Select a credit package, then click Pay by credit card.
Enter your payment card details.
Make sure the option to save the card for future use is selected:
Complete the purchase.
After a successful transaction, your credit card will be securely saved and available for future purchases.
Important: Credit card information can only be saved during the purchase process. There is no standalone option to add a card.
