This article explains how to send documents from Addo Sign and what happens in Personec P to MicroWeb after the signing process is completed.
Before you start
Before you send documents to Personec P to MicroWeb, make sure that:
The Personec P to MicroWeb integration is set up in Addo Sign
Personec P to MicroWeb is enabled on the template you want to use
The document or documents are ready to be sent for signing
You know who needs to sign the documents
If the integration has not been set up yet, follow the guide on how to set up the Personec P to MicroWeb integration in Addo Sign.
Send documents for signing
To send documents using a template with the Personec P to MicroWeb integration:
Go to Send in Addo Sign:
Select the template where Personec P to MicroWeb has been enabled as a sender distribution method.
Add the recipients or signers by clicking Add Signer.
Add the document or documents that should be signed. You can either Drag Files Here or click to add files into Addo Sign.
Review the notification texts (message to signers).
Click Send.
The documents are now sent for signing.
What happens after signing?
When all required parties have signed, the signed documents are automatically transferred to Personec P to MicroWeb.
The documents are archived in the Personec P to MicroWeb archive connected to your integration.
Find the documents in Personec P to MicroWeb
After the signing process is completed, log in to Personec P to MicroWeb to find the archived documents.
The signed documents will appear in the archive location configured for your Personec P to MicroWeb setup.
If you do not see the documents in Personec P to MicroWeb, check that:
The transaction has been completed in Addo Sign
All required signers have signed
The template used for the transaction has Personec P to MicroWeb enabled
The Personec P to MicroWeb integration is active on your Addo Sign account
