Set up the Personec P to MicroWeb integration in Addo Sign

Use the Personec P to MicroWeb integration to send signed documents from Addo Sign to your MicroWeb archive.

This article explains how to prepare your MicroWeb archive, obtain your Company ID, set up the integration in Addo Sign, and enable Personec P to MicroWeb on the templates that should use the integration.

Before you start

Before you can set up the Personec P to MicroWeb integration in Addo Sign, you need:

  • A MicroWeb archive

  • An Addo Sign account

  • A Company ID from MicroData

  • Administrator access in Addo Sign

⚠️If you do not already have a MicroWeb archive, contact MicroData to get started.

MicroData lists [email protected] for general enquiries and [email protected] for support requests.

Step 1: Create a MicroWeb archive

To get started with your MicroWeb archive, contact MicroData: [email protected]

Once the archive has been created, you can begin uploading documents to Personec P to MicroWeb and prepare the integration with Addo Sign.

Step 2: Create an Addo Sign account

If you do not already have an Addo Sign account, create one here: https://www.addosign.com/en/signup-company

When your Addo Sign account is ready, you can continue with the integration setup.

Step 3: Get your Company ID from MicroData

Before you can connect Personec P to MicroWeb to Addo Sign, you need a Company ID from MicroData.

When you have access to MicroWeb and can log in to the platform, contact MicroData Support to request your Company ID: [email protected]

You need the Company ID when setting up the integration in Addo Sign.

Step 4: Set up the Personec P to Micro Web integration in Addo Sign

When you have your Company ID, you can set up the integration in Addo Sign.

  1. Go to Settings (⚙️) Integrations.

  2. Find Personec P to MicroWeb in the list of available integrations and click the integration tile:

  3. Enter the Company ID you received from MicroData in the pop-up window:

  4. Click Save.

The Personec P to MicroWeb integration is now connected to your Addo Sign account.

Step 5: Enable Personec P to MicroWeb on your templates

After the integration has been added to your account, you need to enable Personec P to MicroWeb on the templates that should send signed documents to Personec P to MicroWeb.

  1. Go to Settings (⚙️) → Templates

  2. Create a new template or select an existing template to edit:

  3. Scroll down to Sender Distribution Methods

  4. Select MicroWeb:

  5. Click Save.

Repeat these steps for each template that should use the Personec P to MicroWeb integration.

Step 6: Complete your account and template setup

After you have set up the integration and enabled Personec P to MicroWeb on your templates, make sure the rest of your Addo Sign setup is complete.

Check that you have:

  • Entered your account details

  • Uploaded your logo

  • Set up the templates you need

When this is done, your templates are ready to use with the Personec P to MicroWeb integration.
