Changing User Information
To access the page where you can change your user details, follow these steps:
Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen
Select My profile from the dropdown menu
On the profile page, you can edit the following fields:
Name
Title
Phone (number)
Click Save to apply any changes.
Additional Information
Rights and Group Membership
Displays your assigned Role (e.g., Administrator) and the groups you have been assigned to. Roles determine your access and permissions in the platform:
⚠️Your role, user rights, and group memberships are set by administrators. As a standard user, you won’t be able to change them yourself.
If you need updates, an administrator can make the changes for you.
Email Newsfeed
Manage your email preferences by enabling or disabling these options:
Tips and tricks
Information on new releases
System status information
Marketing information
Simply toggle the sliders next to each option, and click Save when done.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We recommend setting up two-factor authentication to enhance your account's security. 2FA requires both your password and a verification code from an authentication app.
Click Setup Two-factor authentication to begin the setup process.
Password
To change your password:
Click Change password
Follow the prompts to set a new one
Once confirmed, your old password will no longer work
E-mail
If your Addo Sign account has two or more users, you can change the email address you use to sign in by following these steps:
Click change email address
Check your inbox your inbox for the verification email
Click the button in the mail, and enter the new email address you want to use
Once your email address has been updated, you will be automatically redirected and signed in to your Addo Sign account using your new email address
If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder, or request a new verification email.
Access Tokens
To use access tokens, you first need to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.
Once 2FA is active, you can generate and manage access tokens to securely interact with the platform’s API.

Sessions
This section displays all your current login sessions, including:
IP address
Login time
Expiry time
You can log out of any active session by clicking Log off next to the session entry.
Changing account information
Only users with administrator rights can edit account information. If you don't see the option, it's likely because your role does not include these permissions.
You can verify your role by navigating to My profile, as described above.
To update your account information:
Click the Settings icon (cogwheel) in the top-right corner, next to your name
Select Account overview from the left-hand menu
Edit the relevant fields such as Company name, CVR/company registration number, EAN/GLN or Address
Click Save to apply your changes
