Account information
In the Account overview section, administrators can view and edit most account details using free text fields.
To set a Primary Contact, select a user from the dropdown menu. The selected user must have the Administrator role. The Country field is also selected from a dropdown, but the list is predefined by Addo and cannot be modified.
Used credits
You can view your credit usage for a specific time period in this section:
Click the two date fields to select the desired time range, then click Show to generate an overview.
The overview displays your credit usage and shows which company name or names are associated with the used credits during the selected period.
To see a visual breakdown of the usage, click View.
General terms and conditions
When you signed up for Addo Sign, you accepted our general terms and conditions. Addo Sign complies with GDPR regulations.
We recommend enabling the data anonymization feature, which automatically removes all personally identifiable information about your recipients 10 days after a transaction expires.
To activate this feature, select one of the available options and click Save. You can return to this tab at any time to update your preferences.
Addo Vault
To enable long-term document storage, activate the Addo Vault solution:
If you want to empty your vault, click the slider. A confirmation pop-up will appear before the change is applied:
