Use this option if the witness e-mail address is incorrect, or if the witness needs to receive the signing request at another e-mail address.
Before you start
Witnesses must be enabled in the template used for the transaction before witness information can be edited on the transaction.
If the witness option is not available, the transaction may have been created from a template where witnesses were not enabled.
For more information, see the article on how to add witnesses on a template.
Edit witness e-mail on a transaction
If a transaction has already been created, you can edit the witness e-mail from the transaction details, provided the transaction status still allows changes.
Go to Overview.

Open the Witnesses tab.
Find the witness you want to update.
Click Edit (đ).
Update the witness e-mail address.
Click Save (đ«).
Update the witness e-mail address from the Witnesses tab in the transaction details.
If you cannot edit the witness e-mail
If you cannot edit the witness e-mail address, check whether:
The transaction was created from a template where witnesses were enabled
The transaction status still allows changes
You have access to edit transaction details
The witness has already completed their part of the signing flow
If the witness setup itself needs to be changed, ask an administrator to review the template.
