Download transaction data as a CSV file

Download transaction data from Overview when you need to review, sort, or analyze transaction information outside Addo Sign.

The CSV file includes transaction, recipient, status, method, pricing, and flow information based on the transactions included in your export.

Before you start

The CSV file includes the transaction data available at the time you download it.

Before downloading the file, select the date range and filters you want to use in Overview.

Only transactions that match the selected date range and filters are included in the CSV file.

Some fields may be empty if the information is not relevant to the transaction, or if the feature was not used.

Download the CSV file

  1. Go to Overview.

  2. Select the date range you want to export.

  3. Click the small gear icon next to Reset filters to choose which filters are available in Overview.

Note: This is not the Settings icon in the blue top bar. Use the small gear icon next to Reset filters when you want to adjust filters in Overview.

  4. Apply the filters you want to use, for example Group, Sender, Recipient, or Status:

Use the small gear icon next to Reset filters to choose which filters are available in Overview. This is different from the Settings icon in the blue top bar.

  5. Click Download CSV:

Download the CSV file from Overview after selecting the relevant date range and filters.

  6. Open the file in Excel or another spreadsheet tool.

How filters affect the CSV file

When you download a CSV file, the columns in the file stay the same.

Filters only control which transactions are included in the export.

The filters available in Overview are controlled from the small gear icon next to Reset filters. These filters only affect the transaction list and the CSV export. They do not change account settings.

Date range filter

Use the date range selector to choose the period you want to export.

Only transactions within the selected period are included in the CSV file.

By default, Overview shows transactions from the last 30 days.

My signings

If multiple users share the same account, you can enable My signings to only show transactions that you created or sent yourself.

When My signings is enabled, the CSV export only includes the transactions shown in Overview.

What is a CSV file?

A CSV file is a spreadsheet file where each row represents a transaction or recipient entry, and each column represents a specific data field.

You can open the file in Excel or another spreadsheet tool to sort, filter, and review the exported data.

The contents of the CSV file

The CSV file includes the columns listed below.

The field names are exported exactly as shown. Field names should stay the same in both English and Danish articles, because they match the column headers in the CSV file.

If a field is empty

A field can be empty if the information was not used or registered on the transaction.

Empty fields do not necessarily mean that something is wrong with the transaction.

Use the CSV file for review

You can use the CSV file to review transaction data outside Addo Sign.

For example, you can:

  • Filter transactions by Status

  • Search for a specific RecipientName or RecipientEmail

  • Find a transaction by SigningId

  • Review which TemplateUsed was used

  • Compare credit usage across Credits and price fields
